Terms and conditions

Termination of Competitions: Penal reserves the right to terminate a competition wholly or partially. This may occur, for example, in the event of technical issues, force majeure situations, or violations of the terms and conditions.
Adjustment of Rules: Penal may decide at any time to adjust the rules. Users will be notified of these changes via the app or other communication channels.
User Exclusion or Removal: Penal reserves the right to exclude or remove users without prior notice or explanation. This may happen in case of violations of the terms and conditions, inappropriate behavior, or other reasons deemed appropriate by Penal.
Damage and Liability: Users acknowledge that Penal cannot be held liable for any damage incurred through participation in competitions and pools. Users participate at their own risk.
Correspondence Regarding Results: Users understand that there is no correspondence possible regarding results and decisions made by Penal concerning competitions, rankings, and predictions.
Point Corrections: Penal reserves the right to make point corrections as necessary, without obligation to correspond with users about it.
Offensive Behavior: The use of offensive language or images on Penal is not permitted and may result in the removal of the offending user.

General Ranking: Every Penal user automatically participates in the general ranking of the competition they have signed up for.
Competition Rules: Each competition has specific rules available in the information screen of the competition. Users are encouraged to read these rules before participating.

Prediction Deadline: The start time of the match serves as the deadline for predicting matches. Users must submit their predictions before this time to be valid.
Multiple Sports Pools: A user can participate in multiple sports pools around the same game, but can only have one prediction per game, which is valid for all pools they participate in.

Determining Winners: In case of a tie in the rankings, the winner is determined based on various criteria, such as the number of points earned in the overall ranking and the number of correct predictions with different point values.

Creating and Managing Pools: Users can create and manage pools, including changing settings, assigning rights to other users, and inviting participants.
Public Pools: Public pools are visible to all Penal users.
Participant Verification: When the "verify participants" option is enabled, the pool leader must grant access to all users who sign up for the pool.
Responsibility for Pools: Users understand that Penal is not responsible for the content of pools managed and modified by users.
